【報告】Travel Photographer of the Year 2024(TPOTY)のFINALISTになりました
世界最高峰の旅行写真賞 Travel Photographer of the Year 2024(TPOTY)のFinalistが発表されました。
今年で22回目のフォトコンテスト。昨年は150カ国から2万枚応募ありました。
今回、自分は以下の部門で残ってます。（応募作品は過去解説した作品たちの何枚かです）
・Portfolio – Planet Earth – landscape, climate & water（組写真）
・One shot – Escape（単写真）
このあと、RAWデータや作文などの審査を含む最終審査を経て、来年1月に受賞が発表されます。
受賞作品はBBCやForbesなど大きなメディアで取り上げられるのと同時に、それだけに最終審査は厳しい戦いになるのも想定されます。

The Finalists for the Travel Photographer of the Year 2024 (TPOTY), the world’s premier travel photography award, have been announced.
This is the 22nd year of this photo contest. Last year, there were 20,000 entries from 150 countries.
This year, I am a finalist in the following categories. (The entries are some of the works I have explained in the past.)
Portfolio – Planet Earth – landscape, climate & water (group photo)
One shot – Escape (single photo)
After the final judging, which will include RAW data and essays, the winners will be announced in January next year.
The winning entries will be featured in major media outlets such as BBC and Forbes, and for that reason, the final judging is expected to be a tough competition.
